Subject: Hey, May, Is That You?

Like, last year, I normally do a little reflecting as I count down the days to my birthday. Sometimes, I forget to sit in the corner and think about all that I have done. Well, folks, today I'm in the corner!
Since last May, I've:
- Cut off all of my hair!
- Had a photo shoot with my crazy friend and photographer, Elton Anderson. (Remember these?)
- Stayed up well past my bedtime and into the wee hours of the morning to re-evaluate my entire life when Beyonce dropped a surprise album with accompanying videos at midnight of some random day in December.
- Celebrated my mom's 60th Birthday in Vegas.
- Been nominated and voted Fashion Bomb Daily's Bombshell of the Year for 2013.
- Galavanted all over London and Amsterdam.
- Studied at the London College of Fashion.
- Traveled to New York in the middle of the biggest snow storm in North America for the Mercedes Benz New York Fashion Week.
- Gotten kidnapped by the state of New York for four additional days post Fashion Week.
- Met two of my fashion idols: June Ambrose at New York Fashion Week and Solange at Coachella.
- Attended the International Coachella Music festival and lost my black mind to Pharrell's entire set.
I'm pretty sure I'm leaving some things off but what a freaking year! I'm telling ya'll to get in a corner and look back over your life.

Yes, Sarah, reflection is so important! Make a list and just stare at all the wonderful things that you've done. It's really motivating to see the list. It only propels you to do more positive things.

Even during the worst year of my life to date, there were still some very awesome moments. No need to cross any fingers! That's why reflection is so important. Even when it's really bad, it's not all bad. Thanks for stopping, Love.
