This season, it is ALL about the cold shoulder! I, first, noticed this trend on the runway during NYFW and knew this one would hit the streets hard! It's the easiest trend to try because everyone has a little sexy shoulder that they can show off! 

Come on, shoulders for all Spring/Summer sixteen!
