I'm not sure when my obsession with ruffled floral dresses started. I just knew that I wanted one for Fashion Week. Like, I had to have one.

On my latest visit to the Dreams on Air showroom in Soho, this little beauty from Gwen Salakaia was just hanging there looking as if she was expecting me.
