You may as well call me Ariel when I wear this skirt. Doesn't it remind you of The Little Mermaid? Side Note: The Little Mermaid happens to be my favorite Disney Movie. There's a quiz later.

This skirt first appeared over at ASOS in a very lovely pink last season and quickly sold out. So, when I saw this yellow version, there was no hesitation about getting it. I saw it, I had to have it, I bought it. Simple.

Memo 065: All Summer Long

Subject: Turbantastic!

So, remember how I said that I was wearing turbans all summer?

Well, that's definitely happening.

I'm in the midst of some very serious hair confusion. It is currently 1/6 natural (like 2 or so inches beyond new growth). Some days I want to color it, cut it off, braid it up, grow it out or add a little extra. All I do know is that I'm ready for a change. Coupled with the fact that it needs to be able to handle a 4 - 5 day workout schedule, I'm not exactly sure which change to make at this moment.

So, until then, I'll put a turban on it!

Ok, sure, my first time hearing this quote was while watching the movie Akilah and the Bee. Judge noteth. It was a great movie! When I heard it, I had to find it and read it for myself. It's so easy sometimes to get caught up in the what ifs:

Remember when I was talking about this Crosby Sutton Marc Jacobs bag on Instagram? The one that I fantasized about? The one that I couldn't live my life without? Yeah, that one. Tag! I bought it!

AND, I bought these Pierre Hardy shoes and almost returned them because I just couldn't figure out how to style them. Crazy right? But when I introduced the shoes to the bag it was a match made in beautiful blue heaven!
